When it didn’t work, then he did a more extensive repair with a guarantee. I was always kept informed. “Andrew came out to inspect my roof to see if I needed any repair work based on comments made by the inspector who inspected my house and roof. While the roof is new (2 years old), it was put on by the previous owner. He used a large company that was not well rated on Angie’s List. I wanted to make sure if repairs were required, they were made before the winter snows. Andrew was very professional and didn’t see anything major. Related to the inspector’s repair recommendations, he said they could be made when I replace the old gutters at a future date. He was very honest and didn’t try to sell me work I didn’t need. He even gave me the name of a gutter person he recommends. While I didn’t need to have Andrew make any repairs, I would certainly call him if I did. I had called another roofer from Angie’s list, Ron Fester of Roofing Connection. He recommended I call Weatherproof Roofing based on what I needed and I thought that was very professional of him to recommend one of his colleagues. Andrew was extremely prompt. I called that morning and he came out a few hours later. I was very impressed with his professionalism, courteous manner and honesty. Would recommend him and would use him again when/if I had roof repairs.”
“My husband and I had been trying for three months to find a company that could competently repair a roof leak that we had on our new house. We had really bad experiences with one company that did a very poor job, and another guy who just got up there and slopped a little roof patch around. “We had 2 leaks in our roof over the garage and were not sure if it was the roof or the window causing the leaks. I called Andrew and he came right over the next day to have a look and spent a good amount of time looking for possible leaks and origination. Found some nails not caulked properly and places where the siding was pulling away, but no evidence that it was caused by our roof. We agreed that he would caulk and seal several areas around 2 windows. He also sealed off a vent where some birds were living. We arranged for him to come the next day and perform the work suggested. He was very polite, prompt and overall a wonderful experience.”
